My passion is assisting people to find their own path within an everchanging world.  Using a strengths based approach, I help clients successfully achieve personal and professional goals by increasing insight into their strengths and growth areas.  Working collaboratively, we explore how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are causing emotional pain. By identifying stumbling blocks and developing healthy coping skills, I help my clients reduce unhealthy behaviors negatively impacting their life.  From my many years of experience working with recovering addicts, I have been privileged to see people find successful and emotionally satisfying lives, no matter their journey.
